The Founder's Story: From Retail Associate to Pool Industry Expert.

The founder of Blue Planet Design Group started as a retail associate at Leslie’s Poolmart. His knowledge and innovative sales skills quickly earned him a promotion to store manager within six months. Under his leadership, his store grew by over 200% in just one year.

 

He later joined a competitor as a regional manager before moving on to a new company as a pool salesman. In a short six months, he was promoted to operational manager of a new regional division.

 

After studying the operations of major pool builders, he opened his own company which he ran for 10 years. Unfortunately, an accident forced him to close his business, but he spent several years recovering.

 

Two years ago, he decided to use his expertise to help others and founded the Blue Planet Design Group. Today, they have successfully completed over 1200 projects for builders just like you.
